Will is from the near future, living in a world spiraling toward an apocalyptic state. His world details/timeline can be found here.

One of the last living heirs to the throne, William is the younger brother to England's current queen. His reputation amongst the country is one of a "black sheep." Never quite took things seriously as a boy, slept around, partied, left a trail of broken hearts in his wake... some even dared to call him a disgrace to the royal line. It wasn't until his late teens that his family, listening to the advice of their advisors, shipped him off to the Vatican in the hopes of calming his wild ways.

Whether Christianity tempered him is debatable. During his time in Italy, the Vatican closed its doors and communications with all outsiders due to the plague which swept across Europe. Some vocal members questioned why they should practice isolationism in a time where the world needed the lord's guidance. Those individuals were promptly silenced. The remaining priests within continued on as if nothing happened.

After an attack from the new EU, which destroyed the intricacies of the hierarchy within the Vatican, thus crumbling the religious system, Will soon learned of what occurred out in the world. Primarily, that all of his family--mother, father, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, save his older sister--was dead. He left Italy with the intention of returning back to London to support his sister.

Along the way, he encountered someone who was unwell. With the help of his fellow brother, they eventually healed this individual... through exorcism. It was not a neat and clean process. Will learned the hard way that demons are, in fact, real. He learned a lot of things that day, which has changed him.

Tall, sort of bulky in a muscular way. Will has striking red hair which is typically unkempt, no matter what time period he's from. As a prince, he dresses neatly in suits or preppy clothes. His beard is neatly kept. As a priest, he wears the garb of a holy man, though there are some touches which give him more of a rugged, "I do what I want" feel. His beard is a big shaggy thing.

He's well-versed in princely things, due to his family. Charismatic, personable, life of the party. Knowledgeable, with the ability to speak multiple languages. He's aware of politics, and tries to keep astride of what's going on in a world where communication has deteriorated.

He's just a regular dude who can perform exorcisms if necessary.
